The Aya Bowl takes its name from the Adinkra symbol Aya, the fern, a sign of endurance and resilience. The collection is built around a single open bowl form in two scales, hand-formed with a textured surface and finished in layered washes.

Finished in our Rust colourway, it carries warm oxidised tones that recall weathered metal and iron-rich earth. Layered oxide washes bring shifts in colour, grain and depth across the body, allowing the texture to remain visible. The result is a finish with depth, rawness and rich surface variation.

Available in two sizes, each suited to different spaces and uses. The smaller form sits well on shelves, consoles or tables, while the larger piece holds greater scale for floral arrangements or as a standalone centrepiece.
